Sophomore Year

In my Sophomore year, I completed a Financial Management project focused on analyzing the financial health of NVIDIA Corporation, a leading S&P 500 company in the semiconductor industry. The project involved retrieving NVIDIA’s most recent 10-K report from the SEC and calculating key financial ratios—including liquidity, leverage, efficiency, and profitability metrics—using real financial statement data.

I compared my results to industry benchmarks from the Risk Management Association (RMA) database and presented my findings in a video report to a mock Board of Directors. My analysis showed NVIDIA’s exceptional liquidity, minimal debt reliance, and outstanding profitability compared to industry standards.
