For this project, my partner and I developed Tee Time, a business concept and mobile application designed to improve the golf driving range experience through real-time bay availability, reservation scheduling, and instructor booking. We identified a common problem faced by golfers and created a technology-driven solution that benefits both customers and golf facility operators by increasing convenience, improving operational efficiency, and providing valuable data insights.
In addition to creating the business concept, we developed a comprehensive business plan that included market research, competitor analysis, marketing strategy, operational planning, financial projections, startup budgeting, pricing strategies, and long-term growth objectives. This project strengthened my understanding of entrepreneurship, strategic planning, business operations, financial analysis, and data-driven decision-making while reinforcing the importance of designing solutions that create value for both businesses and consumers.
